Sign in with the same account on the web and on Android. Both work on the same shop and the same ecomsbd data, so there is nothing to sync and no second account.
Couriers
Keep the courier accounts and rates you already have. ecomsbd works with them, so you stop copying addresses between tabs.
Delivery prices come from your own courier account. Courier names belong to their owners; ecomsbd connects to the accounts you hold with them.
COD & reconciliation
Cash on delivery travels through your courier before it reaches you. ecomsbd follows that money until the payout is matched.
Where a cost or charge is still missing, profit is labelled as an estimate — never shown as exact.
Insights
ecomsbd goes beyond order tracking. Insights are built from your own orders, deliveries, costs and payouts — and say plainly when a figure is still an estimate.

Yes. The ecomsbd Android app is on Google Play. It is the companion to the web workspace for notifications, quick checks and orders on the go. An iPhone app is coming soon.
Steadfast, Pathao and RedX. You connect your own courier accounts, then book parcels, follow delivery status and track COD from ecomsbd.
Yes. Invite team members to your shop and give each one a role. The role decides what they can see and do, including whether they see money figures.
No. You keep your own courier accounts, rates and payouts. ecomsbd connects to them to book and track parcels and to check payouts. Your courier still collects and pays out the cash on delivery; ecomsbd does not collect it.
Yes. ecomsbd is free during our launch period and billing is switched off, so there is no checkout and no card or payment details are asked for.
Not yet. Shopify, WooCommerce, custom website, Messenger and WhatsApp connections are coming soon. Today you can paste a customer’s message and ecomsbd detects the order details for you.
In your ecomsbd shop, on ecomsbd’s cloud services, separate from every other shop. Some of our cloud providers operate outside Bangladesh, so data may be stored there. The Privacy Policy lists the providers and explains how to delete your account.
